Biographical: Born Ames, Iowa, 1961. Licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. Also admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas, and United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Listed as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in oil and gas law in the November 2003 and October 2004 issues of Texas Monthly magazine.
